Tim Welch

Tim Welch is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in field operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at rand* construction corporation since May 2021, Tim previously held the role of Senior General Superintendent at Gilbane Building Company from February 2014 to May 2021. Tim's career began as a Carpenter Apprentice at John H. Hampshire Drywall Company from 1987 to 1989, followed by a long tenure as Senior Superintendent at James G. Davis Construction from 1989 to 2014, where notable projects included the high-end interior renovation of a 162,000 SF space for White & Case in Washington, DC. Tim Welch graduated from LaPlata High School in 1985.
