Jack Williams

Jack Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jack currently holds the position of Operations Manager at Rand Insurance Inc., a role they began in March 2022. Prior to this, Jack worked as a Professional Athlete in the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL) from 2016 to 2019. During their time in the AUDL, they played for the Raleigh Flyers and the New York Empire, with the latter winning the league championship. In 2017, Jack also interned with the Raleigh Flyers, where they organized logistics and travel schedules.

Before their career in sports, Jack worked as a Property Manager for both PMS Construction and Landfall Executive Suites. At PMS Construction, a family-owned construction and property management firm, they managed the rental of five commercial properties with over 20 tenants and 45,000 sq ft of space. Jack handled sales, accounts payable/receivable, tenant relations, communications, and addressed any tenant issues. Jack joined PMS Construction in April 2019 and will be leaving in November 2022.

At Landfall Executive Suites, Jack managed two commercial buildings with over 120 offices for rent. Jack'sresponsibilities included tenant relations, office showings, invoicing, rent collection, and ensuring proper maintenance. Jack also successfully migrated tenant data from Excel spreadsheets to a cloud-based system to enhance collaboration and increase productivity by approximately 150%. Jack held this position from May 2018 to April 2019.

Jack Williams attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing.
