Chellaine Gieske

Chellaine Gieske is an experienced professional in risk management, currently serving as an Operational Risk Manager in the Forex Product House at Rand Merchant Bank since November 2006. Previously, Chellaine held various roles within the institution, including Head of Ops Risk for Global Markets, Corporate Bank, and Trade and Working Capital. Prior experience includes working as a Risk Manager at Nedbank and a Private Equity Administrator, as well as a Treasury Administrator at Anglo American S.A., where positions encompassed Treasury, Front, Middle office, and Operations roles. Chellaine is pursuing a Risk Management certificate at the University of Johannesburg and holds a certificate in Risk Management from the same institution, alongside an education from Sir John Adamson between 1984 and 1988.
