Matthew Hale has extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking sector, particularly in technology and operations. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer for Corporate Banking at Rand Merchant Bank, Matthew Hale also holds the title of COO for Africa and COO for FICC Africa. Previously, Matthew Hale was a Project Manager at both Barclays Africa and First National Bank, where project management skills were developed and honed.
