Sanjeev Jayram

Sanjeev Jayram serves as the Corporate Actions Enablement Manager at Rand Merchant Bank, a position held since July 1994. Previously, Sanjeev occupied the role of Head of Corporate Actions within the Custody Services division until January 2024. Sanjeev is a member of the business unit’s Executive Committee and has been appointed Deputy Chair of the South African National Market Practice Group. With a focus on building a high-performance team, Sanjeev has successfully led the strategic direction of the Corporate Actions department, emphasizing an understanding of regulatory changes and client needs to implement best practices and strengthen relationships. Educational background includes studies at Lenasia Secondary High School and Wits University.
