Bonginkosi Emmanuel Ndaba is currently engaged in job shadowing as a Process Analyst at Rand Mutual (RMA) since 2021, where insights into process analysis methodologies and data collection techniques are being gained to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Previously, Bonginkosi served as a Client Services Administrator, ensuring exceptional client support and account management.
