Mandla Shezi

Mandla Shezi currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Rand Mutual Assurance since February 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous leadership roles including CEO positions at Hollard Insurance - International and Hollard Life, and a Managing Director role in Hollard Insurance - Affinities and Direct. With a background in manufacturing management at SABMiller and strategic consulting at Bain and Company, Mandla has cultivated a robust career since starting as a Process Engineer/Production Economist at SAPREF. Mandla holds an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School, a Risk Management degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, an MBA in Finance from the University of Cape Town, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
