Alexandro Lopez Phr

Alexandro Lopez, M.S. PHR, currently serves as a People and Culture Specialist at Rand Technology, where responsibilities include re-establishing the People and Culture department and overseeing US Payroll, Benefits administration, and Global HRIS operations. Prior experience includes roles at LERETA, LLC as a Human Resources Administrator and Coordinator, managing payroll for over 800 employees and facilitating HRIS changes. Additional experience includes a position as Dispute Resolution Coordinator at the City of Norwalk, handling case management and client outreach, and various roles at the University of California, Merced, focused on student orientation and ambassadorial outreach.
