Jason Pfeiffer

Jason has spent nearly 25 years in the product design and simulation space serving in leadership roles in engineering, sales, and business operations. As Global Vice President of Engineering at Blue Ridge Numerics (OEM of CFD software CFdesign, now Autodesk CFD), he found his passion for building teams, culture, business models, and go-to-market strategies that strengthen top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability. After Blue Ridge Numerics, Jason founded Informative Design Partners, an engineering services start-up, which was acquired by Rand in 2012.

Jason held various consulting and sales enablement leadership roles within Rand. In 2018 Rand became an Ansys Elite Channel Partner and the Rand Simulation division was founded. Today Jason leads the division and has successfully grown revenues, expanded into new territories, and scaled the technical and sales teams to meet customer demand. He thrives on driving positive business outcomes for customers and by extension, Rand Simulation. Jason graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
