With over 30 years of experience working in the Autodesk channel partner ecosystem, Kevin has established himself as a leader in building and managing customer support, back-office operations, professional services, and dedicated training delivery teams. At IMAGINiT he is responsible for overseeing the team of Autodesk Certified Instructors, the best-in-class customer support organization as well as managing the evolution of ProductivityNOW, the eLearning platform. Kevin also manages the technical training team for the Rand 3D division as well as the content development group of the ASCENT division.

Committed to giving the customers the best experience possible when it comes to supporting and training, Kevin leverages the voice of the customer feedback loops to ensure delivery excellence. Joining IMAGINiT as a result of the IMAGINiT and Avatech Solutions merger in 2010, Kevin consistently looks for ways to develop and challenge his team which in turn provides an excellent experience for the customers.
