Susan Lopez has over 20 years of experience in sales operations and the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Program Manager at Rand Worldwide since July 2006, Susan manages key internal processes and initiatives to enhance the sales organization's effectiveness. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Administrator at Avatech Solutions, where support was provided for sales incentive programs and operational processes, and recruitment management at Marriott Vacation Club. A background in AEC began with various roles, including project coordination and administrative support, establishing a foundational understanding of industry operations. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Business/Commerce from Hillsborough Community College and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Valencia College.
