Karina Kroglund Goa

Karina Kroglund Goa is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and process improvement within the banking industry. Currently serving as a Spesialkonsulent in Personal og Organisasjon at Randaberg kommune since December 2021, Karina previously held various roles at Santander Consumer Bank AS and Santander Consumer Bank AB, including Process Improver Nordic and Manager Operations New Applications, overseeing a department of 45 personnel. Karina's career began at GE Money Bank as a Project Manager in Product Development, before transitioning to roles at Gjensidige Bank.
