As a former clerk to a prominent federal appeals-court judge and as an experienced motions-practice litigator, Mr. Clark has a keen sense for the needs of both judges and clients. He is, moreover, an accomplished prose stylist, whose published writings have won multiple awards and been anthologized in leading casebooks. Mr. Clark’s substantive knowledge, from his experience as a general commercial litigator, lies principally in the fields of (1) intellectual-property litigation, (2) securities litigation, (3) products-liability defense, and (4) constitutional- and administrative-law litigation.
