Randy Kersten

Randy Kersten is an accomplished store manager with extensive experience in the grocery retail sector, currently overseeing operations at Randalls Food Market since October 2019 and Acme Markets since July 2014. Previous roles include store manager at Giant Food, where Randy excelled in a flagship facility near Washington, DC, and bakery & deli specialist at Winn Dixie Stores. As director of operations at Glazier's Food Marketplace, Randy was instrumental in the development of a new grocery chain in Las Vegas, focusing on marketing and human resources policies. Randy's career began at HEB, where management responsibilities included supervising over 350 employees and overseeing a 56,000 square foot store. Randy holds a BBA in Marketing/Management from Baylor University.
