Carl Misner

Carl Misner has a strong background in military and technology consulting, with experience as a Group Commander in the United States Air Force and Division Chief at The Joint Staff. Carl holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Master of Arts in National Security Strategy from the U.S. Naval War College. Their education also includes a Bachelor of Arts in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Currently, Carl is working as a U-2 Dragon Lady Branch at R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc.
