Dave Wesley

Dave Wesley is an accomplished executive and legal professional with extensive experience in both civilian and military sectors. Currently serving as the President and CEO of Randolph-Macon Academy since March 2015, Wesley oversees the Academy's operations and represents it to the community while advising the Board of Trustees. Previously, Wesley held senior legal roles within the Air Force, including Staff Judge Advocate for various commands, where management responsibilities included supervising large teams of legal professionals and advising on complex operational and acquisition matters. Wesley's military career includes significant leadership roles at the Air Force Judge Advocate General's School and contributions to national security initiatives at the White House. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Military National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, a Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Alabama.
