Brenda P. Poggendorf

Brenda Poggendorf currently serves as the Vice President for Enrollment Management at Randolph-Macon College since May 2023. Prior to this role, Poggendorf held the position of VP for Enrollment/Dean of Admissions & Financial Aid at Roanoke College from October 2007 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and retention, as well as serving as a college officer. Poggendorf also served as the VP for Enrollment at Carthage College from September 1988 to September 2007, overseeing admissions, financial aid, and retention, and was a senior campus leader. Earlier in career, Poggendorf worked as the Director of Admissions at Roanoke College from 1985 to September 1988, managing the admissions and recruitment process. Educational credentials include a PhD in Education, Leadership & Policy Studies from Loyola University of Chicago, an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, an MALS in Computer Studies from Hollins University, and a BA in Psychology from Roanoke College.
