Corey Hayes

Corey Hayes has over 20 years of work experience in IT and customer service roles. From 2019 to present, Hayes has been employed at Random Bit LLC as an IT Project Manager and Operations Lead. From 2014 to 2019, Hayes was employed at the S.C. Department of Administration - Division of Technology Operations, where they held the roles of Director of IT Service Delivery and Project Manager, as well as ITIL Process Manager and Project Manager. From 2006 to 2014, Hayes was employed at the University of South Carolina, where they held the roles of IT Service Desk Manager for University Technology Services, and Enterprise Software Contract and Distribution Manager for University Technology Services. Finally, from 1997 to 2006, Hayes was employed at Wachovia Bank, where they held the roles of Sales and Service Supervisor, Senior Sales and Service Banker, and Sales and Service Banker.

Corey Hayes obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from the University of South Carolina. In 2017, they obtained an Associate Public Manager certification from the State of South Carolina. In April 2019, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
