Rashi Pancholi is a Machine Learning Specialist and Bioinformatics Scientist at Randox Health since April 2023, focusing on pipeline development for in-silico primer designing. Previously, Rashi completed an MSc in Bioinformatics and Computational Genomics at Queen's University Belfast, where significant contributions included identifying novel colorectal cancer cohorts using a multi-modal unsupervised deep learning approach and developing a quality control pipeline for clinical data. Rashi's experience also includes working as a Research Analyst at GRG Health, where industry analysis reports were prepared, and as a Bioinformatics Analyst at Eminent Biosciences, identifying small molecules for cancer treatment and developing an NGS pipeline. Additional experience includes a BCIL internship at Quantumzyme, designing a database for enzyme reaction mechanisms. Rashi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Dr. D. Y. Patil Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Institute.
