Niamh Thompson

Niamh Thompson is an experienced professional in microbiology, currently serving as the QC Microbiology Team Lead at Norbrook Laboratories Ltd since May 2023. Prior to this role, Niamh held positions at Randox from September 2021, including Senior Microbiologist and QC Microbiology Manager. Niamh’s career also includes experience as a Micro/Particle Analyst at West Pharmaceutical Services from September 2019 to September 2021 and as a Staff Scientist at V&P Scientific, Inc. from March 2018 to September 2018, where responsibilities included product development and validation assays. Niamh holds a Master's of Research in Translational Medicine and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biomedical Sciences, both from Queen's University Belfast.
