Andrea Francis

Andrea Francis is an experienced professional in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Certified Staffing Manager at Randstad Canada since May 2021. Previous roles at Randstad include Certified Resource Manager, Resource Manager, Staffing Consultant, Recruiter, and HR & Recruitment Intern. Prior to joining Randstad, Andrea held a position as a Member Service Representative at Rapport Credit Union from March 2018 to February 2021 and worked as a Teacher at Inspiration Learning Center from February 2019 to January 2021. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in English Literature and Psychology from Ryerson University, completed in 2017, and also earned a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College in August 2021.
