Josh Baynes

Josh Baynes has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 with Finning (Canada) as a Training Developer and Facilitator. Josh was responsible for various training portfolios and developed learning paths, curriculum, and training material. Josh also conducted training sessions and developed eLearning sessions.

In 2014, Baynes worked as a General Manager at Freedom House Dog Daycare, where they implemented hiring, tax, and general business processes. Josh also implemented software and employee group benefits.

Baynes then worked as a Dayhome Provider at New Dimensions Family Day Home Program from 2015 to 2017.

Currently, since 2017, they have been working at Randstad Canada. Josh started as the Assistant Branch Manager and later became the Branch Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Product Owner.

Josh Baynes attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Curriculum and Instruction and obtained an Instructor Level 1 degree. Josh also holds a certification from InsideRisk in "Shadows of Medellín: High-stakes leadership in action," obtained in 2023.
