Magdalena Lenc has extensive experience in recruitment and process management, currently serving as a Process Manager at Randstad Polska since June 2009, where the focus is on comprehensive client service and maintaining strong relationships. Prior to this role, Magdalena supported the human resources department at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland from January 2008 to January 2009, assisting with the organization of training sessions, employee evaluations, recruitment processes, and job fairs.
