Malgorzata Brzozowska has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Malgorzata is currently the Marketing and Communication Director at Randstad Polska. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Citrix from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they led marketing campaigns and coordinated demand generation for emerging markets. Malgorzata also served as a Business Mentor at Mind Partners - Akademia Rozwoju Liderów from 2015 to 2018, and as the PR&Marketing Director at bizCentrum SA from 2001 to 2003, where they advised on EU funds and organized conference roadshows. Additionally, they worked as an e-Commerce Director at EasyNet SA from 2000 to 2001, focusing on e-commerce in various industries.
Their early career includes a position as Key Account Manager at CAL Company Assistance sp. z o.o. from 1992 to 2000, where they conducted market research and developed online market intelligence for FMCG companies. Overall, Malgorzata brings a wealth of experience in marketing, communication, mentoring, and strategic planning to their current role.
Malgorzata Brzozowska has a post-graduate degree in Marketing & Business Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Malgorzata also holds an M.A. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Warsaw. In 2016, they obtained certification as a Certified Mentor from David Clutterbuck Partnership & Mind Partners, meeting EMCC standards.
