Benjamin Rakach serves as the Head of Marketing Technology for Randstad Australia and New Zealand since December 2016. In this role, Benjamin leads the strategic direction and execution of marketing technology initiatives, overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with Randstad’s data strategy and business goals. Benjamin has held various positions in marketing technology management, including ANZ/SEA Marketing Technology Manager and ANZ Marketing Automation Lead, where responsibilities included managing systems like Marketo and HubSpot, automation strategy, client and candidate satisfaction programs, and performance monitoring. Prior experience includes roles at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW) and Highway 101 Creative Marketing, as well as serving as Marketing Manager at 7 Grams Coffee Pty Ltd. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Multimedia (Business Marketing) and a Diploma of IT Multimedia from Swinburne University of Technology.
