Rachel Homer

Rachel Homer serves as the National Manager for Procurement, Contracts & Supply Chain at Randstad Australia since January 2021, overseeing a national team focused on recruitment in these sectors for both private and public clients. Prior to this role, Rachel held several positions at Hays, including Managing Principal and Principal Consultant, specializing in procurement and supply chain. Rachel's early career involved roles at South Australian Travel Agency and Flight Centre Travel Group, where leadership in travel consultancy was demonstrated. Rachel is currently pursuing a degree in Langue et Culture Francaises at Université de Provence and has completed a Certificate III in Tourism through Franklyn Scholar, along with participating in a Student Exchange Program to Japan at AIIU.
