Jorge Andrés Martínez

Jorge Andrés Martínez is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as the UX Design Lead for Design Ops at Randstad España since February 2021, Jorge also contributes as a professor in Interaction and User Experience for Extended Reality at UNIR. Jorge has held prominent roles, including IxD & UX Designer at Sngular and Interaction Researcher & UX Designer at BBVA Next Technologies. Earlier positions include UX Lead and Head of Design at Mobile Dreams Factory, Senior Interactive Art Director at Innocean Worldwide Spain, and Multimedia Designer at MarketiNet. Jorge's academic background includes a Diplomado in Graphic Design and Visual Arts from IED Madrid and a Técnico Superior in Graphic Arts from I.E.S. ISLAS FILIPINAS.
