Renato Silva is an experienced professional in project management and information technology, currently serving as an Analista de Projetos (PMO) and Information Technology Infrastructure Analyst at Randstad Brasil since October 2014. Previous roles include Technical Help Desk and IT Intern, where responsibilities involved user support, ticket management, and IT account management. Renato gained early experience as a Young Apprentice at Multipark and Dasa, contributing to administrative tasks and telemarketing operations.
