Emily Woodfield

Emily Woodfield has extensive experience in operations management and program supervision, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for Field Operations at Randstad Digital US since January 2018. Prior roles include Senior Field Operations Specialist and Field Operations Specialist within the same company. Previously, Emily worked at the YMCA of Greater Seattle as a Program Supervisor from May 2015 to January 2018, managing staff onboarding and training processes. Emily also served as a Volunteer Coordinator at the YMCA of the Palouse, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing volunteers for fundraising events. Early experience includes an internship at Langley Air Force Base's Child Development Center. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington State University, earned in 2015.
