Rick Roman

Rick Roman has over 20 years of experience in IT management and leadership roles. Rick is currently working as a Delivery Director at Randstad Technologies US. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Primoris Services Corporation from 2014 to 2019. From 2000 to 2014, Rick worked at Balfour Beatty Construction as the Director of IT Operations, responsible for managing a team of network engineers, administrators, and analysts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing efficient operational strategies. Before joining Balfour Beatty Construction, they worked as an IT Consultant/IT Manager at Computer Science Corporation, where they focused on optimizing operations, leading validation testing, and overseeing network operations.

Rick Roman attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management.
