Tom Hower

Tom Hower currently serves as the Regional Client Partner for Permanent Placement Solutions at Randstad Digital Americas, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions at Holland Services from November 2010 to May 2020, including Business Development Manager, Regional Manager for Oklahoma City, and Director of Corporate Development. Earlier in the career, Tom worked at the Pennsylvania State Senate from January 2005 to November 2010, where responsibilities included serving as a Policy Analyst and Chief of Staff. Tom earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Penn State University between 2000 and 2004.
