Milind Shah

Milind Shah is the Managing Director for India at Randstad Digital India, responsible for managing the P&L and focusing on scaling operations in India, the GCC, and globally. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Business Officer for Global Captive Centers and for India & the Middle East at LTIMindtree, where Milind led capability and innovation hubs. At dentsu international, Milind held the role of Partner & Head Of Sales, driving digital transformation projects. Previous roles also include Country Sales Leader at Cognizant, Associate Partner at IBM, and Country Sales Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Milind's early career involved positions at Capgemini and JDA Software focusing on business consulting and manufacturing solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Operations Research from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a certification as a Certified Financial Manager from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
