Alp Perahya is an accomplished leader in talent solutions with extensive experience at Randstad and Randstad Sourceright since 1999. Currently serving as Managing Director for global mid-market solutions and the Life Sciences practice, Alp is responsible for expanding talent solutions in the mid-spend market and enterprise sectors worldwide. Previously held roles include President, overseeing the North American region and global expansion, and Executive Vice President, driving talent acquisition and human capital management strategies. Alp's educational background includes a BA in Economics from Tufts University, a Masters in Communications from Boston University, and advanced programs from INSEAD and London Business School.
