Amy Bahen

Amy Bahen has over 16 years of experience in business development and sales roles. Amy is currently working as a Regional Vice President at Randstad RiseSmart, where they partner with organizations globally to provide talent mobility solutions. Prior to this, Amy was a New Business Development Director at Strategy Execution (acquired by Korn Ferry) and a Business Development Director at Right Management. Amy also worked as a Regional Business Development Director at IPS Learning and a Corporate Account Executive at Boston University Corporate Education Center. Amy started their career as a Healthcare National Account Manager at Bisk Education. Throughout their career, Amy has consistently achieved or exceeded revenue targets and successfully expanded business across key accounts.

Amy Bahen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Lynchburg in 1999. Amy also has a certification in Challenger Sale from Randstad Sourceright, obtained in 2022.
