Deepa Fazzari

Deepa Fazzari is currently the HR lead for Randstad Enterprise and North America, guiding efforts to enhance workforce growth and positively impact working lives. With nearly three decades of experience at Accenture, Deepa served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Accenture Strategy & Consulting, overseeing talent strategies and performance management for 45,000 professionals. Additional roles at Accenture included Sr. Global HR Executive, Global HR Business Partner for both Accenture Products and Accenture Operations, and Managing Director in Accenture Management Consulting. Deepa began a career in accounting as a CPA at Reznick Fedder & Silverman. Deepa holds an MBA in International Finance from American University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
