Natellie Sun

Natellie Sun has extensive experience in recruitment services, having held multiple managing director roles at Randstad Hong Kong from May 2016 to December 2024, covering Greater China, South East Asia, and various specialized sectors. In addition to overseeing recruitment operations, Natellie has served as a China Committee member for The Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong since January 2023, engaging in advocacy for Dutch companies in the region. Prior experience includes leading recruitment operations as Regional Director at Page Personnel from January 2014 to April 2016. Natellie holds an MBA from the University of Newcastle and a BA from UNSW, with a major in HR and Japanese.
