Eivind Bøe

Eivind Bøe has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Eivind has served as the CEO of Randstad Norway since 2015. Eivind was previously the Managing Director of Proffice until its acquisition and merger with Randstad. In addition to their role at Randstad, they have also held positions such as a Board Member at Atlantis Vest As, Chairman and owner at Årvika Invest As, Board Member at Grieg Logistics AS, Managing Director at OneCo Technologies As, CEO of Dekk1, Board Member at Liquiline LNG, Board Member at Guard Systems ASA, Director at Umoe Group, and CEO Norway at Ramirent Group. At Ramirent Group, they were responsible for a multi-million turnover and over 550 employees. Eivind successfully managed the merger of Altima with Ramirent and later returned to lead the merged company.

Eivind Bøe's education history shows a diverse range of academic pursuits. Eivind began their higher education in 1994 when they attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where they obtained a Master of Science (Siviløkonom) degree in Business Administration, graduating in 1997.

After a substantial gap in formal education, Eivind pursued further training in leadership and management. In 2008, they attended the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they completed the Strategic Leadership Programme. In 2010, they attended the Harvard Business School to study Leadership Best Practice.

In more recent years, Eivind has sought to enhance their leadership abilities through additional professional development. In 2019, they attended the London Business School's Transformational Leadership Program.

Eivind's education history also displays their practical knowledge outside the business world. From 1988 to 1990, they studied at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy, where they obtained the rank of lieutenant and explored the field of naval warfare.

Looking ahead, Eivind plans to continue their education in the field of sales. In 2022, they are scheduled to attend the London Business School once again to study New ways in sales, which they will complete in 2023.
