Stian Rafto serves as the Business Area Manager for Randstad Norway in Bergen since June 2022, overseeing staffing and recruitment for both permanent and temporary positions. Prior to this role, Stian held the title of Senior Advisor at Personalhuset Norge from November 2012 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading the customer service segment nationally. Stian has also gained experience as a logistics consultant at Bergens Tidende and worked as a coordinator at Telehuset Åsane, with earlier experience as a courier leader at Bergens Tidende. Stian holds a degree in Personnel Management and Competence Development from NHH Executive and a BA (HONS) in Sound Technology from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.
