Heidi Furter

Heidi Furter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in personalvermittlung and customer service. Currently a Senior Consultant at Randstad Switzerland since September 2014, Heidi has a history of leadership roles including Depot Contact Centre Manager at TNT from July 2000 to September 2013, overseeing customer service operations in German-speaking Switzerland with a team of approximately 70 employees. Prior to that, Heidi served as Customer Service Support Teamleader and Customer Service Representative at TNT, managing teams of 9-12 and providing direct customer support. Additionally, Heidi began their career as a Drogistin at Drogerie Menzi from August 1994 to June 2000. Educationally, Heidi holds a Handelsdiplom VSH from Limania Schulen Aarau and completed further studies at Rudolf Obrecht AG between 2006 and 2007.
