James Hicks

James Hicks is a strategic finance and operations leader with a strong background in building scalable systems and empowering talent to drive enterprise value. Currently a Senior Manager of Business Services at Randstad, they previously held several roles within the company, where they implemented process improvements and supervised teams to enhance productivity. James served as a Financial Intern at Rolf A. Jones & Associates and as a Contract Sales Support Analyst at PepsiCo, where they showcased their analytical skills by generating reports and identifying significant financial errors. They earned a B.S. in Economics from Presbyterian College and completed a study abroad program in International Business at International University of Japan, and are currently an EMBA candidate.
