Julia Eitner

Julia Eitner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client delivery and operational excellence, currently serving as Vice President of Global Client Delivery Models at Randstad since July 2015. Eitner has held various leadership roles within Randstad, including Vice President of Global Concept Inhouse & Operational Excellence and Senior Manager of Digital Concepts & Operational Excellence. Additionally, Julia has served as Chair of the European Works Council for Randstad Holding. Prior to this, Julia worked as a Senior Consultant in Multilingual Recruitment and as an Account Specialist at Randstad Inhouse Services. Julia's career began with an internship focused on market entry strategy at TravelEssence and progressed to an HRM Manager position with the Stenden SIFE Foundation. Julia Eitner holds dual bachelor's degrees in International Tourism Management and Tourism and Travel Services Management from Stenden University and Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland.
