Mohanad Elkhateb. LIFO®

Mohanad Elkhateb has been working in the professional world since 2009. Starting at Impact for Training and Development as an Account Executive, they were responsible for preparing annual sales plans, managing sales teams, preparing proposals, handling client complaints, maintaining relationships with clients, and preparing and organizing client databases. In 2010, they moved to Sigma IT as a Marketing Executive, where they were responsible for outdoor events planning and execution, dealing with the company's stakeholders, designing and printing BTL material, and managing E-marketing campaigns and webinars. Later that same year, they joined Etisalat Misr as a Sales Executive, where they were responsible for availing all the company's products in all Key dealers POS, reporting on any problems with the Key dealers, and handling the dealer's requirements and needs. Mohanad was later promoted to Sales Supervisor Indirect Sales and then Senior Sales Executive Indirect Sales, where they were responsible for achieving targets in all products, facilitating the relationship between the dealer and the agents, and developing the POSs. In 2016, they moved to Telecom Egypt as an Indirect Sales Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for building unique retail models, managing missed subs areas, and preparing corrective actions plans. Finally, in 2019, Mohanad Elkhateb joined Dsquares as an Operations Director EMEA, where they are leading operational activities across 7 countries, leading Dsquares' 3*3 strategic plan execution, proposing strategic initiatives, and leading operational efficiency programs.

Mohanad Elkhateb most recently obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Minnesota in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Mini MBA from Knowledge Academy in 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cairo University in 2008.
