Justin Hayes

Justin Hayes, MBA, is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in data engineering and analytics across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Analytics Engineer at Randstad since February 2021, Justin leads a high-performing team to enhance global IT operations through advanced analytics solutions. Previously, Justin held the position of Senior Analytics Engineer at Cox Communications, where responsibilities included advanced statistical analysis and data visualization. Prior to that, as an Analytics Consultant at Verizon, Justin managed strategic analytics initiatives focused on risk management and compliance. Justin also served as an Analytics Manager for the Special Operations Joint Task Force in Iraq, providing intelligence support for military operations. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, earned between 2019 and 2021.
