Jyoti Patel is the Vice President of Engineering at Randstad India, bringing 19 years of experience in the recruitment industry. They have a proven track record in managing recruitment teams, leading both IT and non-IT businesses, and spearheading volume hiring and RPO initiatives. Previously, Jyoti served as Vertical Head for Perm Hiring at Adecco, where they were responsible for P&L management, team leadership, and innovative service delivery.
