Manish Verma currently serves as the Global Chief Talent & Leadership Development Officer at Randstad, providing strategic human resources leadership since May 2023. Previously, Manish held various leadership roles at Cargill, including Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management and Regional Head HR for Asia Pacific, driving talent strategies and HR services for a workforce of 60,000. Additional experience includes the Global Lead for Talent Management at Nokia and Regional Head of HR for India & Asia Pacific at Accenture, as well as the Regional Head HR for UK & Europe at Tech Mahindra. Manish's educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of London and executive education from INSEAD focused on innovation and strategic leadership.
