Niels van Weeren

Niels van Weeren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, analytics, and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Global Head of Data Science at Randstad since January 2018, Niels focuses on enhancing insights into global labor market dynamics and leading the data science practice on a global scale. Prior roles at Randstad include Global Data & Analytics Lead and Project Lead Market Intelligence. Niels has also contributed as a lecturer at Leiden University since September 2016 and held various significant positions at ING, where responsibilities ranged from managing global finance transformations to establishing business intelligence units. Niels’ career began at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, culminating in a Master of Science in Astronomy with Informatics from Leiden University.
