Sabrina Carelli serves as a Senior Recruitment and Selection Consultant at Randstad since July 2022, specializing in the negotiation and management of selection processes for leadership roles within the Professional Interim segment. With prior experience as a Junior Executive Consultant at Randstad, Sabrina has recruited for various high-level positions across multiple disciplines, including engineering, healthcare, and finance. Before joining Randstad, Sabrina worked at Page Interim as a Talent Acquisition Analyst and Recruitment Intern, developing skills in job alignment, candidate screening, and market mapping. Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, completed in December 2022.
