Dr. Prathibha Neelakantam is a clinical pharmacist currently working at Rangadore Memorial Hospital in India since December 2021. In addition to this role, Dr. Prathibha has been involved in the field of medicine since June 2020 and has experience in clinical pharmacy and pharmacovigilance up until May 2022.
