Regina Gabriel

Regina Gabriel's work experience starts with their current role as a Sr. People Operations Coordinator at Range Energy since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Rivian as a Sr. Candidate Experience Partner, supporting recruiters in various departments and managing projects such as building a SharePoint page and conducting focus groups. Regina also served as a Candidate Experience Partner, Executive Assistant, and Candidate Experience Partner - Lead at Rivian.

Before joining Rivian, Regina worked at San Jose State University as a Department Coordinator for the Chemical & Materials Engineering department. Regina performed various administrative tasks and supported the department's budgeting and financial management.

Their experience also includes working at McKesson as a Human Resources Coordinator for Corporate Functions, where they provided support to HR executives and assisted in data analysis for talent programs. Additionally, they worked at Heald College as a Library & Learning Resource Center Manager and Coordinator/Online Coordinator, managing daily operations and online classes.
