Kristen McGuinness

Kristen McGuinness has gained experience at multiple companies in the talent management and digital media industry. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Talent Management Intern at Select Management Group, where they assisted in marketing materials development, research, and social media management. In 2019, Kristen interned at Studio71, LP, where they conducted research, learned about YouTube best practices, and collected data for company statistics. Concurrently, they also served as an Executive Assistant at UNCMMN from January 2020 to December 2022, providing support in calendar management, travel arrangements, brand coordination, and expense reporting. Currently, Kristen holds the position of Digital Talent Associate at Range Media Partners, starting in December 2022.

Kristen McGuinness pursued their higher education starting in 2015 when they attended SUNY Westchester Community College. Kristen completed an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2017. Following that, they joined Chapman University in 2017 and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies.
